HILATURAS FERRE, S.A. was incorporated in 1947. It originated as a family company with activities in the textile sector dating back to the beginning of the 20th century, when the year 1914 saw the incorporation of HIJOS DE ANTONIO FERRE, S.A., a company dedicated to the manufacture of textiles for decoration.

Today, members of the fourth generation of the family hold shares and executive positions in the company.
